License Agreement

In plain English: When you buy an image from OHJ Images, you get a royalty-free license to use it in your projects — commercial or personal — forever. You just can't resell the image itself or claim you created it.
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase of an image from OHJ Images, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the image in accordance with the terms below. This license is non-transferable except as part of a work you create using the image.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use purchased images for:
✓Websites, blogs, and social media posts
✓Digital and print advertising and marketing materials
✓Presentations, pitch decks, and internal documents
✓Book covers, album art, and editorial content
✓Product packaging and merchandise (with limitations — see below)
✓Film, video, and multimedia productions
✓Personal and non-commercial projects
3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
✕Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the image file in its original or modified form as a standalone file
✕Include the image in a competing stock photo, wallpaper, template, or design asset library
✕Use the image in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful
✕Claim authorship or ownership of the image
✕Use the image as a trademark, logo, or service mark
✕Use the image to train AI or machine learning models
✕Share your download link or image file with third parties who have not purchased a license
4. Merchandise & Products
You may use images on physical products (posters, prints, apparel, etc.) as part of a larger design. You may not use an image as the primary or sole design element on a product intended for resale — for example, printing an image unmodified on a canvas and selling it. If the image is a significant part of the product design, please contact us to discuss an extended license.
5. Attribution
Attribution is not required but is always appreciated. If you'd like to credit us, you can use: “Image by OHJ Images (ohjimages.com)”.
6. Ownership
You are purchasing a license to use the image, not the image itself. OHJ Images and its creators retain all copyright and ownership of the original image files. The same image may be licensed to other customers.
7. Termination
This license is perpetual as long as you comply with its terms. If you violate any of the terms above, the license is automatically revoked and you must cease all use of the image and destroy any copies.
8. Warranty & Liability
Images are provided “as is”. OHJ Images does not warrant that the images will meet your specific requirements or that the use of any image will not infringe on the rights of third parties. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the image.
