By accessing or using OHJ Images (ohjimages.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Description of Service

OHJ Images is a digital marketplace that sells royalty-free images. We provide high-resolution digital image files for download after purchase. All images are licensed, not sold — see our License Agreement for usage terms.

3. Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All sales are final — digital products cannot be returned once downloaded.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis if you experience technical issues preventing you from downloading your purchased image. Contact us at jh@ohjimages.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Image Licensing

Each image purchased comes with a royalty-free license as described in our License Agreement. The license is granted upon successful payment and delivery of the image file. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the images themselves.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to images, text, logos, and design — is owned by OHJ Images or its content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The OHJ Images name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site; use the site for any unlawful purpose; scrape, download, or bulk-collect images without purchasing them; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or interfere with the proper functioning of the site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OHJ Images is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to ensure image quality but do not warrant that images will be suitable for every specific use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OHJ Images shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchased images.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
