When you make a purchase, Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment details on our behalf. We receive your name, email, and purchase history — but we never see or store your full credit card number.

If you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email, and message content to respond to your inquiry.

When you visit our site, our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for site performance and security, not for tracking or advertising.

We use your information to: process and fulfill your purchases; send you download links and purchase confirmations; respond to your questions and support requests; improve our site and services; and comply with legal obligations.

5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function (such as session management). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.
6. Data Retention
We retain your purchase records (name, email, items purchased) for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations to you and comply with legal requirements such as tax records. Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data transmitted to and from our site is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your data; opt out of any marketing communications; and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
